Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges are UNAVAILABLE
Unless item was damage during shipping or upon arrival.
If item has been use several days, it will not be refunded due to the misuse of the customer
If you are experiencing a problem with your order (ex. damaged/missing an item/different from what you've ordered) then please contact me here and I'll be happy to resolve the issue.
♡ No Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped out.
Due to a rise of scammers that order, cancel items and gets refunded then false reporting chargebacks to PayPal to us small time artists/business owners which cause us a lot of stress and problems and loss of money, we no longer offer single or several items cancellation in an order.
We will refund your full order instead but we would also like to refrain customers asking for a refund or at least keep it to a minimum if they made a mistake in their order because too many refunds will caused issues and complications with PayPal.

- Please also check if your address is correct before checking out
We cannot keep refunding people due to their mistake and not checking on their item or was unable to input discount code upon checkout. This is due to PayPal's weird system and policies.
So please when you order, please double check your cart and make sure you would actually want to order the items you have selected. We get that sometimes people's mind changes so please take your time to think about your order before checking out. Thank you.
If the address you input is wrong please email me the correct one and I'll be happy to correct it.

♡ Chargebacks
Chargebacks (disputes filed through PayPal and credit card companies) have the potential to harm small businesses and cost both the seller and buyer time. Please ensure that you have read through all of these policies before placing an order to familiarize yourself with this site's procedures.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you in accordance with our policies. If a chargeback is issued against this site, since the policies have been laid out for everyone, we will consider it evidence of the buyer's fraud/scam-like behavior. We will show evidence (such as time stamp of the buyer's agreement to terms) to get the chargeback disputed and we're likely to blacklist you from our shop in the future depending on the situation. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, scammers, resellers, or distributors.
