To maintain your keychain:

• Do not pull or add anything heavy onto the item that could break the keyring clasp. (Especially if it's a linking charm keychain)
  
  
• Minimize humidity and sunlight exposure to preserve your keychain. Lightly clean with a soft cloth for cleaning.
  
  

* Remove the protective plastic film of the keychain before use. The protective plastic film is the cause of your keychain if you think the surface is matte and not glossy/shiny or has scratches on it.


Item will NOT be refunded if it has been used several days and/or was damaged due to the misuse/carelessness of the customer.
