FRIENDLY REMINDER

The shop is handled by one (1) person, including shipping. Please understand that there may be delays in shipping and email responses.

Shipping fee is calculated based on weight, also please note that there are surcharges because of the pandemic. I have adjusted the prices accordingly and will contact you if something changes!

Due to the Pandemic and some countries being strict at accepting parcels from the Philippines, please expect shipping delays.

♡ Cannot accept Credit Cards

  • We cannot accept credit cards due to Stripe not being available in the Philippines.
  • Bigcartel uses Stripe to process Credit Cards for orders
  • You can still pay with your Credit Card but you have to use it through PayPal

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


Due to a rise of scammers that order, cancel items and gets refunded then false reporting chargebacks to PayPal to us small time artists/business owners which cause us a lot of stress and problems and loss of money, we no longer offer single or several items cancellation in an order. 

We will refund your full order instead but we would also like to refrain customers asking for a refund or at least keep it to a minimum if they made a mistake in their order because too many refunds will caused issues and complications with PayPal.

So please when you order, please double check your cart and make sure you would actually want to order the items you have selected. We get that sometimes people's mind changes so please take your time to think about your order before checking out. Thank you.

YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE IT’S BEEN SHIPPED OUT.

Note: Delivery time = Processing time + shipping time

Orders will be shipped by batch weekly
Although sending out tracking numbers/shipment notifications will take a few days after.

All orders are shipped out from the Philippines.
For “PRE-ORDER” purchases, it will be shipped out after preorders have ended/closed and Kihori have ordered the items and arrived to them.

All orders are sent out with a tracking number to prevent loss during delivery processes.

If you have not received a tracking number within a week after your order was shipped please contact us through the contact forms

♡ ON-HAND ITEMS

Items on-hand will be shipped in 1-2 weeks.
If your cart includes a pre-order item, your other items will be held until pre-order items arrive and will be shipped within the pre-order schedule.


♡ PRE-ORDER Items

Items that are in PRE-ORDER will take a longer time to be shipped out. Since Kihorri will only order the items once pre-orders end. 


♡ Shipping Address

  • In case you have entered the wrong address, please contact me here right away with your order number, name, and correct shipping address. Orders that are lost due to the customer's error will be charged again for the shipping fee to be re-shipped.
  • If it has already been sent out, we will advise you to contact the postal service with your tracking number to make new delivery arrangements for your order.
  • We are unable to update your address once it has been shipped out
So PLEASE CHECK if your address is correct before check out


♡ Tracking Not Moving/Delayed

  • Please check in and contact your local post office in case they have your order/package.
  • Please contact USPS or your designated country Customs if there are any updates on your package.
    Give them the tracking number for your order for reference
  • Once your order has left Philippines and has arrived at your country's customs I am unable to do anything, they will not answer my inquiries.
    So it's best if you would be the one to contact them about your order/package

If you have not received a tracking number within a week after your order was shipped please contact us through the contact forms 


♡ Missing/Wrong Items 

If item/s are missing from your order or if you received a different one from what you have ordered. Please contact us through the contact forms with a picture of your order/item and I will be happy to resolve the issue and send you the missing item/replacement. :)

♡ Damaged Items 

We take quality very seriously, and would only want a wonderful experience for my customers! Items are inspected and doubled checked before they are shipped out to their new homes. However, we understand some could slip past us. Please contact us through the contact forms with a picture of your order/item and let’s see what we can do.

But if the item has been used several days and was damaged due to the misuse/carelessness of the customer, it will not be refunded 

♡ Lost Items 

Please be advised that I am not responsible for handling your orders once it has been shipped. All orders are sent out to your country's postal service, please contact them and refer to your tracking number to learn more about your order status, as we have no control over them. 

What you can do: 

  • Check if your neighbours / concierge / family member accepted the package on your behalf
  • Packages may be held up at your local post office
  • Packages may be held up at your local customs border
  • Contact your local post office to help you locate it

♡ Package returns to sender


If your mail was returned to me due to the wrong address, failure to retrieve the package from the post office, or no one home to accept the packages, here are our options:

  • We can send you an invoice for your 2nd shipping attempt fees and happily reship your package!
  • We provide a refund minus the shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Please understand that there are a lot of fees that don't return to me when I refund. :(
